How do I track my order?
I ship all your orders the next business day, via USPS, unless it is otherwise communicated with me. All orders are processed through PayPal, and when a label is generated, it will automatically send you a tracking number. If anything does not go 100% as planned, feel free to contact me.
What are your delivery options?
All orders will be sent as 2-3 priority mail with conformations. If you want any insurance on your order, you can request that at an additional cost.
How do I return an item?
Please contact me before returning your item, if not, I may not be able to refund you your money. You would return your item via USPS. I will help you if you have any questions.
How can I contact your couriers?
You can contact them the same way I would, by going to their website. It will be included in your shipping notification.
Do you provide International delivery?
Worldwide shipping is offered, the buyer is responsible for all customs costs incurred. Most packages can be shipped worldwide for about $15.
What is your returns policy?
All purchases have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that you can return your item, no questions asked, within 14 days of delivery. I will refund 100% of the cost of your purchase, minus shipping. The funds will be transferred back to you, as soon as the item is back in my studio.
